An animal’s dangerous or vicious trait generally refers to the animal’s natural, inclination, or habitual tendency to endanger a person or property. The animal’s owner may know of these vicious or dangerous traits if the owner knows about the previous attacks or the animal’s dangerous disposition towards people.
